Terms of Service

1. The membership

OTG Affiliate provides account supplier resources, account and violation support, product research, written educational content and step-by-step materials for TikTok Shop, content creation workflows, and group calls. Account support is educational guidance and does not guarantee appeal outcomes or account reinstatement. The community is delivered through Discord. Whop handles checkout, payments, and subscription management; it does not supply the OTG Affiliate educational content.

Your purchase includes the benefits described in the offer at checkout for the paid membership period. It does not include guaranteed personal coaching, specific response times, third-party software subscriptions, a TikTok account, or eligibility for any platform unless expressly stated in that offer.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the age and account requirements of Discord, Whop, and any other service you use. Provide accurate purchase information, keep your login details secure, and use the account associated with your membership to claim access.

Membership access is personal and may not be resold, transferred, or shared without our written permission. You are responsible for your own internet connection, equipment, software, and compliance with applicable platform rules.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

This is a recurring monthly membership. The price, billing schedule, applicable taxes, and any separately disclosed charges appear at checkout. Once you authorize a subscription, Whop bills your selected payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

We will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by law before changing your subscription price or materially changing the billing terms. Failed payments may interrupt access in accordance with the billing settings and notices associated with your subscription.

4. Cancellation and no refunds

You may cancel future renewals through your Whop account. Go to your profile, select Orders, choose the membership, and select Cancel membership. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to avoid that renewal. Leaving Discord does not cancel billing.

When you cancel, your access normally remains available until the end of the paid period, unless it is suspended for a violation of these terms. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, including renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period, except as required by applicable law. The full Refund Policy applies without limiting non-waivable rights or legitimate payment dispute processes.

5. Community conduct

Treat members respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, scam, share another person's private information, distribute unlawful content, or disrupt the community. Do not share account credentials, bypass access restrictions, or encourage violations of platform rules.

We may moderate or remove content and suspend or end access for violations, fraud, or conduct that puts members or the service at risk. Any refund rights required by law remain unaffected. If we discontinue the membership or remove access for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will provide any legally required remedy for undelivered services.

6. Materials and member content

OTG Affiliate and its licensors retain ownership of their materials and branding. While your membership is active, you receive limited permission to use provided educational materials for your own learning and business activity. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share paid educational materials or other restricted content without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you post. You permit us to display and moderate that content within the community as needed to operate the membership. Posting a message does not give us permission to use your identity or results in public marketing without your separate permission.

7. Educational purpose and no guaranteed results

OTG Affiliate provides education, resources, and community support. You make your own decisions and are responsible for your content, products, expenses, platform compliance, and business activity.

We do not guarantee that you will earn any income or achieve any particular result. There is no promise of revenue, profit, sales, commissions, return on investment, recovery of membership fees or other expenses, or results within any timeframe. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, viral content, brand partnerships, or business growth.

Outcomes depend on your experience, decisions, effort, costs, competition, market conditions, and platform decisions. Reviewing educational materials, attending calls, using suggested tools, or following a strategy does not ensure success. You may earn nothing and may lose money spent on your business.

Examples, demonstrations, screenshots, testimonials, and member experiences do not establish what you will earn or achieve. Past results do not guarantee future performance, and individual outcomes may differ substantially.

Account and violation support is educational guidance. We do not guarantee account approval, eligibility for TikTok Shop or another program, successful verification, appeal success, removal of violations, account reinstatement, continued platform access, or protection from restrictions or suspension.

8. Third-party services and availability

Discord, Whop, TikTok, AI tools, and other third-party services have their own terms, policies, fees, and availability. We do not control their decisions, outages, or policy changes. Supplier contacts and tool recommendations do not guarantee availability, reliability, suitability, platform acceptance, or any particular outcome. Evaluate third-party providers, their costs, and applicable platform rules before using them. We may update educational materials and community features while honoring the paid offer and applicable law.

This site is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Facebook, or Meta. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of Discord or Whop as service providers does not imply their endorsement of OTG Affiliate.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free educational content and are not responsible for indirect business losses or lost anticipated profits arising from your use of the membership. These limitations do not remove our obligation to provide the membership benefits expressly included in your paid offer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms do not require you to give up statutory refund rights, legitimate chargeback rights, or rights available under consumer law in your location. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated when required; changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
