Privacy Policy

1. Information involved

• Membership and billing records: when you purchase, Whop may provide us with your name, email address, account identifiers, purchase reference, transaction amount, and membership status so we can administer access and support. Payment card entry is handled by Whop and its payment providers. This website does not collect or store your full card number.
• Community information: your Discord username, user identifier, profile details visible to the community, membership role, posts, and messages you send to our administrators.
• Support communications: information you choose to include in questions, access requests, billing inquiries, or other communications with us.
• Technical information: hosting, security, payment, and video providers may receive your IP address, browser and device details, request times, and pages or resources requested when their services load.

The sources of this information are you, your device, and the service providers you use to interact with the membership. Do not post passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in the community.

2. How information is used

We use information to provide and administer membership access, respond to support questions, communicate service changes, moderate the community, protect against misuse and fraud, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations. We use only the information reasonably needed for those purposes.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing the membership agreement, meeting legal duties, protecting legitimate service and security interests, or your consent where required.

3. Providers and disclosures

Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, payments, membership access, and communications as needed to operate the service. The current website uses these services:

• Site hosting and access: OpenAI's Sites hosting and its infrastructure providers serve the page. Private access may require sign-in, managed by the hosting service. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
• Whop: when you open checkout or follow a checkout link, Whop processes payment, account, and subscription information. See the Whop Privacy Policy.
• Discord: membership activity takes place on Discord. See the Discord Privacy Policy.
• Fonts: typefaces are served with this website; the page does not request fonts from Google.
• Video hosting: if an external YouTube or Vimeo video is configured, its player loads only after you choose Allow video. Until then, the page does not contact that video provider. You can remove the player through Video privacy choices. Removing it stops the embedded player but does not delete information already received by the provider. Their Google/YouTube or Vimeo privacy policies apply. A locally hosted video is served by this website’s hosting provider.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud, or resolve a dispute. Community posts are visible to the members and administrators who can access the channel. Other members may copy content; a private community is not a guarantee of confidentiality.

4. Cookies, storage, and advertising

OTG Affiliate's current page code does not set its own cookies or browser storage and does not contain advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for security and session management. External-video choices are held only for the current page visit and are not saved across reloads. An external video provider is contacted only after you allow its player. Whop checkout opens on Whop’s website after you follow a checkout link, where its own privacy practices and controls apply. These independent services may use cookies or similar technologies when their services are used.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. Because this page does not use that tracking, it does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Browser privacy settings can limit third-party cookies, although some embedded features may stop working. Providers' independent practices are described in their policies.

5. Retention and security

We retain membership, transaction, and support information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal requirements, and protect against misuse. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. Providers maintain records under their own retention policies.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no system guarantees absolute security. Access to third-party accounts is also governed by those providers. Protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. We will not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.

Contact OTG Affiliate at support@otgaffiliate.com, through the seller contact option associated with your Whop purchase or an OTG Affiliate administrator in Discord to make a request about records we hold. Specify what you are requesting; we may need to verify your identity. Ask Whop, Discord, or another provider directly about information it independently controls. Deleting information or leaving Discord does not automatically cancel your paid subscription; cancel billing through Whop.

7. Children and international processing

This membership is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. Participants must also meet the account and contracting requirements in the Terms of Service.

Service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where legally required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used; providers describe their own practices in their policies.

8. Updates and contact

We will update this policy when the site's information practices materially change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
